IT Network Administrator

The IT Network Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure systems including but not limited to troubleshooting, updating, upgrading, archiving, securing and monitoring.  This position will service multiple business units within the company as well as possible future outsourcing relationships. This position will also work with the various business units to develop specifications, testing and implementation of new systems in support of new business initiatives.

The IT Network Administrator team member is responsible for the infrastructure systems that support critical corporate functions.  The Administrator will act as the subject matter expert for the corporation’s network, windows, directory, messaging, and security environments.

Systems Administrator

The position of Systems Administrator is responsible to plan, develop, configure, maintain, and optimize new and existing network and server infrastructures, software, data, and telecommunication systems to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT assets

Infrastructure Specialist

You will be responsible for analyzing current infrastructure, recommending future states as well as actively participating in seeing approved initiatives through to fruition. You will plan, implement, monitor and maintain TPR’s network infrastructure including: virtual servers, Storage Array Networks (SAN), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Active Directory (AD), the Local Area Network (LAN), network security, Cisco switching, routers and hubs, offsite backups, print queues and strategies and new computer technologies as they evolve. You will recommend and participate in decisions for server hardware and software acquisitions and upgrades. You will work collaboratively with various technicians, some of which are in house, external vendors or work at a remote data center. You will perform server-related configuration and maintenance as well as assess near and long-term network capacity and security needs and the associated planning required. You will determine architectural system requirements and provide recommendations required for development and production environments to sustain and support new integrated solutions. You will monitor and analyze Microsoft Windows server systems and network devices for potential problems and security related issues and investigate new network threats or vulnerabilities related to network and server security. You will also create procedures and manuals as needed to provide reference material directly relevant to the IT infrastructure utilized now and in the future by TPR.
